Membership 2025-26

Chippenham Rugby Football club provides opportunities to all, no matter your age to participate in:
• the fantastic game of rugby in its various forms, starting in the Under 6 age group all the way through to when you decide to hang up your boots (our oldest player is still putting on their boots and taking part in our Walking Rugby group)
• We have mixed, age group teams for Under 6 – Under 11
• at Under 12 and above we have separate Boys and Girls teams, which then leads into
• our male academy and Senior Men’s teams, and our Girls U18’s and Senior Women’s Teams
• We also offer non contact forms of Mixed Ability, Touch and Walking Rugby for all ages

In addition to our rugby team we have teams playing cricket and Netball

Joining for the first time
If you are looking to join for the first time whether as an adult player or a parent of a player the first stage is to create an account on the RFU Game Management System (GMS), which can be accessed via the link www.gms.rfu.com
You will need to create an account for yourself, and any player under the age of 18. GMS will guide you through the process, but please don’t hesitate to contact our membership secretary if you need any assistance (membership@chippenhamrfc.co.uk ), who will also be able to advise the membership scheme appropriate to your circumstances

Existing member renewing
If you are renewing your membership, firstly welcome back, we hope you have enjoyed your summer and are looking forward to the season / year ahead.
To renew, access your GMS account via www.gms.rfu.com and then follow the instructions you have received from the membership secretary (emailed to you before the beginning of the season).

Things to remember:-
• If you paid by Direct Debit for the previous season, this does not continue / roll over into the new season…. you need to purchase a new membership
• If you are buying a family membership, you need to purchase a membership for related family / players (GMS doesn’t have the skill to update their membership), see my email sent to all existing members.
