In accordance with the club rules and policies, notice is given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) of Chippenham Rugby Football Club Ltd. will be held at the Clubhouse, Allington Fields, on Wednesday, 23rd July at 7:30pm.

The Club's Financial report and the Chairman’s review will be given at the meeting, along with section reports. A draft copy of the club’s year-end financial results will be available on the website and from behind the bar, nearer to the time of the AGM. All other reports will be posted to the Club’s website, as they become available.

The election of Club Officers will take place on the night, in accordance with the Club’s rules and policies. Nominee Applications will be posted in the clubhouse from Tuesday, July 9th and will be removed on July 15th . All Nominees, persons nominating, and seconding, must be paid up voting members of Chippenham RFC. The nomination form will be put up in the Clubhouse.

At the AGM, there will be some amendments proposed, to the Club Rules.
