Societies are struggling to cover lots of fixtures on a Saturday and Sunday, so I'm approaching you to help us recruit more refs into the game. It can be a flexible arrangement alongside playing/coaching/teaching with referees able to set their own availability and travel time preferences. For example, can you help cover a lower XV game within your club that wouldn’t usually get a ref? Can you help the club down the road? If you can only do 1 game a month like this, what an amazing way to help the game!

If you haven’t refereed for a while, or you’re worried about getting back on the park, you should check out our #BEPARTOFTHETEAM Kitbag https://linktr.ee/RFURefereeKitbag which has loads of resources to give you confidence to get out in the middle again!
