MATTHEW STEPHEN13 Apr 2012 - 21:00

We can count ourselves very lucky that at CRFC we have over 60 quailified Coaches and one of those is going the extra mile.

Trystan Williams, Coach of the U10's and resident compare for our Festival and Awards Day, is taking 10 brave pupils on another challenge.

You may remember that last year he took some of his students from Springfields Acadamy on a Polar Expedition, which was featured on BBC, namely ‘The Coldest Classroom on Earth’.

This summer, from June 27th to July 6th they are embarking on an even tougher adventure, ‘The Hottest Classroom’, which will again feature on the BBC.

He will aim to take 10 vulnerable pupils, chosen from Special Schools across Wales and England to the equator and on the journey will cover over 100 miles in temperatures of up to 40C and live the life of a Maasai Warrior

Numerous sporting and TV celebrities will be joining him and the team, along with business mentor.

All at Chippenham Rugby Club are very proud and wish Trystan and his team well on this massive journey.

If you'd be kind enough to sponsor him using the justgiving link below, the following Charities will all benefit from the endeavours of the ‘Hottest Classroom’.

The Dore Foundation - A charity the champions the cause of Children with learning difficulties.

Engage with the Future - Is the association that exists to provide peer support, training and the sharing of good practice within special schools.
