Code of Conduct for Coaches
1. Be reasonable
2. Teach the children to play by the rules
3. Avoid mismatches
4. Dont favour your best player
5. Never condemn
6. Being coaches should be good fun too
7. Be generous with your praise
8. Get the right equipment and facilities
9. Follow medical and first-aid advice
10. Good coaching means they run with the ball
11. It's your players that matter, not their won/lost record
12. We operate a no smoking/alcohol policy whilst in the vicinity of the children, during both training and matches.

The club will deal with any incidence of discriminatory behaviour seriously, according to club disciplinary procedures.
