Weather permitting Deeside host Banff looking to get back to winning ways. Banff are looking to secure their second league win following a win against Medics (H) last week.

Luke and the Doug's take on front row duty this week with Bill Murphy returning to the starting line up at 6 and Zander Thomson returning to 7. The Nicol / O'Brien partnership returns at Lock with Lachlan continuing in the number 8 position he appears to be making his own.

Into the backs and Nic Warrington has recovered from his shoulder injury to take over from Ben Thomson at 9. Cammy continues at 10 with Liam Petrie and Ethan Yarnold taking the 11 and 14 jerseys again this week. Into the Centres and Twai moves to 12 with Mikey F coming back into the team at 13. Harry rounds things off at 15.

A full bench this week with Josh Gomez, Sam Duncalf, Ally Morrow, Owen Paterson and James Mightens being joined by Joshua Duff and Noah Bagnall who are primed to make their debuts.

Robert Long, Ben Thomson and Seamus Lane drop out of the squad this week with Finlay Hall and Alan MacLeod out with injury.
