Friday 15th Feb 7.30pm kick off

The Denbigh team were disappointed to come away from the last game at Llanrhaeadr YM with nothing and will look to pick up points in the last nine league games in a determined effort to pull away from the bottom part of the league table.

This Friday evening we travel to Prestatyn and it would be good to repeat our win against the Seasiders similar to the one we enjoyed at Central Park back in September at the beginning of the season. However we are very much aware that we will be facing a different side who have brought Neil Gibson back as manager for his third spell at the club. He has brought a number of players back to the squad and and the results have improved with notable victories away at Rhyl and Airbus.

The drier weather will have improved pitch conditions and it is bound to be a good game.
We asked joint manager Matty Jones for his thoughts

" Friday night gives us a chance to put the disappointment of last week behind us quickly. The lads have worked hard this week and we are working on putting a plan together that will give us the best chance to win the game. Prestatyn have been on a great upward turn recently so we know we have a huge task ahead. In terms of injuries we had Sam Downey break his nose last week and he will be assessed prior to the start. Stuart Vernon has a problem with his groin as does Craig Vernon and we are monitoring the situation with these two. "

Looking forward to this one

C'mon Denbigh !
