The response from local businesses to our project has been fantastic and we would like to take this opportunity to thank the following businesses for their support:

Gracelands Ltd, P.C. Building Supplies, Holbury Tool Hire, New Forest Scaffolding, Storage on Site.

We have also received £50k in funding from Dibden Allotments, £1k from Barker Mills estates and a £25k grant from NFDC.

All of the above generous grants make our project a lot more achievable and for the first time Fawley Rugby Club will have their own home.

Progress to date has been great mainly thanks to the willing team of volunteers who have turned up in all weathers to assist. This help has also enabling us to work ahead of our original time frame and as such keeps costs down. We anticipate being able to remove scaffolding from the site at the end of January and once this is achieved we intend to get some work parties together to help with cladding and internal insulation work. These will be arranged on a weekend, so hopefully we can get those of you who are not available during the week to get involved.
