The main hall at St Peters is available for conference hire and is ideal for large conferences, presentations, and training days. The hall compromises of 20m v 12.2m large function area. The hall is available in a wide range of styles upon request and can cater for up to 300 delegates theatre style and 120 delegates in a seated table arrangement. The room is available in a variety of lighting styles and offers natural light.

The main hall hire includes full air conditioning and heating, flip chart usage, and a loop system. Wireless broadband is also included in the price.

Tea and coffee may be included in the booking price. Please note an additional charge may be incurred depending on the number of delegates.

The facility also includes hire of our large kitchen area, which can be used to store and serve cold buffets. Alternatively the kitchen comes with heating facilities for hot food or a professional catering service can be hired.

The building is also on a ground floor with disability toilets and easy access to all areas. The facility also has around 80 car park spaces of which 2 are mobility spaces..

The Committee Room

The Committee room at St Peters Pavilion is ideal for small meetings, interviews, and workshops. The committee room compromises of a 7.65 m x 5 m area. The boardroom can cater for up to 25 delegates and is available in a number of styles as to the demand of the client.

The room offers a loop system, central heating, flip charts, wireless broadband connection and a 37" LCD TV.

The facility also includes hire of our large kitchen area, which can be used to store and serve cold buffets. Alternatively the kitchen can be used to bring in your own catering team for hot food or we can provide quotes for the menu of your choice.
