We as a club keep personal data of current members for administration & welfare usage. This data includes DoB, addresses, emails, mobile numbers & medical information.

Inter Plymouth T&Cs:
I agree to keeping up to date with subscription payments to the club. I acknowledge that failure to pay any owed fees may result in my suspension from other footballing activities.

Your club membership is subject to agreement to abide by the league's Respect code of conduct, and our internal club rules.

In addition your club membership is subject to:

- Your acceptance that images of players & spectators may be taken and used by the club for promotional purposes on the club’s website and social media, and that these images may also be distributed to local and press for promotional purposes.

- Your acceptance that the club will deal with disciplinary incidents in an individual manner, allowing for differences in circumstances.

Please be aware that your membership within the club includes insurance cover through Devon FA's deal with Sportsguard to provide Public Liability Insurance & Personal Accident Insurance, valid from 1st July 2019 to 30 June 2020. This insurance covers us as an affiliated club who follow Charter Standard regulations of having a qualified First Aider in attendance at all events.
