4th September 2022 - Training starts for the season

Come and join the fun with King's Rugby U10s every Sunday. Training starts at 10:00 and runs until 11 - 11:30.
No experience needed, just come down for a few weeks and see if you enjoy it. We're a small, enthusiastic and friendly group, so new players fit right in.

This year we introduce rucking and uncontested 3 man scrums to build on the tackling from last season. We'll be learning to tackle, ruck and scrum safely and effectively while building on the core skills (passing, evading, positioning, teamwork) that we started in the earlier age groups.

With contact it is mandatory to have a gum shield. And remember a drinks bottle for those well-earned breaks during training.
