Once we found our rhythm, James Leigh and Spanish Johnny caused them all sorts of problems down the line, and it was those two who combined for the opener, with Johnny tucking home a squared ball at the back post. Callum Hurley came close to doubling the lead when his fantastic header from a James Leigh corner crashed off the crossbar, so we went into the break one goal up. In the second half, Liam Delaney smashed home a penalty to make it two, but a number of missed chances gave the away side some hope. They were awarded not one but two penalties in a frantic ten-minute spell — thankfully, they only converted one. That was the wake-up call we needed. We got back to our football, with Manager Robbie Gaynor making key changes that helped us regain control in midfield — Murphy and Lluís Casasayas making an immediate impact. Then came a wild finish: three goals in the final two minutes, both teams scoring straight from kick-offs in unbelievable fashion! ?
