Statement of Ownership: The owner of Liversedge FC is Liversedge FC (Clayborn) Limited (Company Number 7664270), a company limited by guarantee. The company has no shareholders and the Directors and Members take no economic/financial interest in the Club. The Directors and Members are all unpaid. In the event of dissolution, any surplus assets remaining after the discharge of the debts and liabilities of the Club shall be transferred to another Club, a Competition, the Parent County Association or The FA for use by them for related community sports.
