For Club membership please download and complete the following forms attached below:
- Club Membership Form
- Direct Debit Form*
- Photo and Medical consent
*The preferred method of payment is by Direct Debit (DD) and a DD form can be downloaded below. Once completed PLEASE DO NOT send the DD form to your bank as a unique Club Reference Number needs to be added by the Club. Simply return all completed forms to your Team Manager or Membership Secretary by hand or email: membership@lutterworthrfc.com .
All players must register with the RFU before playing:
Adult registration
From the 2024/25 season, all players will be required to register themselves annually to play rugby for RFU member clubs. In previous seasons, player registration had been done by clubs on behalf of their players.
Players register using their Game Management System (GMS) account and clubs will review and approve their registrations. This is in accordance with RFU Regulation 13 & 14.
If you have never been registered with a club in England, you will need to create a GMS account and register to play.
If you have been registered to play in the past, you will already have an existing GMS account. You will need to log into your account and follow these steps.
Youth registration
For new membership of Players under the age of 18, It is really important the Youth Registration process is completed before, or as soon as you hand over your membership form to your team manager. We will be unable to process your membership until this has been completed.
