England Rugby have created an online, parent-led process which ensures that parents and players are in control of their unique individual record through their lifetime in rugby. This method ensures data security and compliance with applicable data protection law. It provides more consistent, accurate and up-to-date information for clubs and the RFU to help players and parents enjoy their Age Grade Rugby and transition into the adult game. The online system is known as GMS (Game Management System).

Below is a guide on how to register yourself and your youth player.
(You will need to set up a GMS account for yourself as a parent or guardian, in order to add Youth Players.)

To set up a New GMS Account

https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/Account/Login

• Select the GMS ‘Create Account’ link above to set up your GMS account.
• Select “Create an Account”
• Complete your own details first and click ‘Next’

• Complete your password and answer the Privacy Details and Waiver Questions and click ‘Next
• Your account will be created and you will return to the dashboard

• To add your children, select Add a person

• Complete the details for each child (Youth Player) you would like to register.
• If their address is different to yours, you can change this here
• Click ‘save’
• At this point do not buy a membership as this will be allocated for you as part of joining up

You will now add a club to your child's account

• Select Add Club
• Search Lutterworth and this will then be available to select).

You will now complete the final stage of registering. This is step we complete on initial set up and then annually before the start of the season

• From your child's GMS page, select Register to Play

• Complete the school, update waivers and medical details if required and add emergency contacts. You do not need to add a playing position.

The final stage is to validate your email address, go to your chosen email account and you will have an email, select verify email. If you can’t find this, please check your spam or you can resend by going back into your profile.

You should also receive an email confirming you have registered. If you don’t receive this check you have completed the above steps to register.

If you need to add more Youth Players at any time in the future, you can do so by selecting ‘Update Family Registration’ on the summary page…

Completing your membership
Once you have completed the above and your membership forms have been sent to membership@lutterworthrfc.com, your membership will be processed and we will advise your Team Manager.
