SECTION 2
Report for the season 1960-61

1, Ground and changing facilities
The secretary made arrangements for the club to use the council pitch at Avenue Road, and the changing and washing facilities in Swinnerton School.
The Club shared these with the Nuneaton Youth R.F.C, an arrangement that worked out very well thanks to the co-operation and help of Nuneaton R.F.C. The cost of the pitch to the club was £2.10s per season and the cost of the changing facilities 16s per home game.

2, Kit
The first few games were played in a set of jerseys borrowed from Nuneaton R.F.C and the club is very grateful for this gesture. Due to grants from the Warwickshire R.F.U, and Manor Park School, and for a loan from Manor Park Old scholars association, the club was able to purchase a set of 18 Jerseys.

3, Fixtures
The first seasons results were very successful, out of the 27 games arranged the results were
Won 14, Lost 4, Drawn 1, Cancelled 8
We amassed a total of 255 points and conceded 95 pts. The greatest score was 49 pts against Trinity Guild R.F.C and the greatest defeat was 25pts to nil against Stoke O.B. We scored a total of 65 times (an average of 3.41 per game)

4, Miscellaneous
Among the various items completed during the season was the purchase of a first aid kit

SECTION 3
FORTHCOMING SEASON
A full programme of fixtures has been arranged for the coming season, and so the changing and washing facilities was also arranged. Due to the bad state of thepitch at Avenue Road the council has decided to relay the surface. Home games will now be played on the ground known as Pauls Land, Lutterworth Rd.
