Marsh-Hughes scored his first Chester goal aged 16 in a pre-season friendly in the summer of 2017 - and has been highly rated since his arrival.

He signed his first professional contract in April 2019, but had already made his first league start aged 17 back in January against Curzon Ashton.

The forward has made 16 appearances from the bench for the first team.
