How it Works

You will be allocated a number. The number you're allocated remains yours as long as you're fully paid up. The
cost, once you've registered is £60.00 per number per year.
The draw will take place monthly as described above [see separate sheet & the website for prize
draw dates] - winners will be paid by cash or cheque. Prizes will only be paid to fully paid up
members [which is defined as having paid into the scheme up to & including the draw]. If you are not up to date, your number will not be entered into the draw.

If there is a waiting list for numbers, any member who becomes more than 1 month in arrears shall automatically cease to be a member and his/her number will be offered to someone on the reserve list.

All winning numbers will be published on the Mistley RUFC website.

The 100 Club administrator will report at each committee meeting the state of the 100 club.
The decision of the General Committee of the club [ie Mistley RUFC] shall be final in any matters
needing adjudication. The club committee also has the powers to amend, add to, alter or remove
any of the aforementioned rules.
