Royal Leamington Spa is a prosperous and idyllic town in the heart of Warwickshire.
The town’s natural springs were discovered and commercialised in the 19th century, and visitors can celebrate this feature at the Royal Pump Rooms, a Grade II listed building that now houses the Leamington Spa Art Gallery and Museum. Jephson Gardens is a park situated opposite the Royal Pump Rooms with formal flowerbeds and a glasshouse for tropical plants with a sea of colour in the summer months.
The site is in an excellent location to explore the local area. Leamington Spa is a lovely Victorian spa town with white wash buildings and the old pump rooms it’s well worth a visit. Both Warwick and Kenilworth castles are close by, Stratford upon Avon the home of William Shakespeare and the City of Coventry are less than 15 miles away and Birmingham is with within easy reach via the local train station. All of which can be reached via the bus stop which is located on the main road around 5 minutes work from the site.
For those who want to venture a little further the Cotswolds are within easy reach for a day out.
There are endless shopping opportunities in Royal Leamington, while visitors keen to embrace the picturesque scenery can hire a boat on the River Leam or follow a heritage trail that encompasses the tale of the Elephant Walk and Lansdown Crescent. Other scenic highlights include Newbold Comyn and Victoria Park.
The town also boasts a lively events calendar, with plenty of theatre, music, and food and drink events taking place during the year.

The site is set in 16 acres of privately owned playing fields surrounded by farm land on the outskirts of Royal Leamington Spa. We have capacity for 30 Caravans, Motorhomes or tents on level grass pitches, 19 of which have electric hook ups. We also have toilet facilities with hot and cold running water. The site also has drinking water, grey water and Black waste points.
The site is in a quiet location on level lawned ground with easy access through a secure key pad operated gate, with plenty of room for ball games or just to sit and relax. Adults and children are welcome to use the club house for a drink in the evenings or weekends when its open during their stay. There are a number of local pubs serving food.
We are an active rugby club with regular events over the summer with training most evenings which can prove entertaining to watch.
