This charter sets out the commitment by all to achieve the highest possible standards of integrity, fair play and performance as collectively agreed. We will ensure that:

Each player will show absolute respect for the Opposition, Umpires, Spectators and Spirit of the game at all times both on and off the field of play

Each player agrees to the best of their ability to fully participate in pre match preparation including warming up and setting up

Each player will be pro active in communicating with their team mates and playing with responsibility and consideration of the game situation

Each player will participate in constructive and structured training whenever possible

There will be no sledging of opposition players or ourselves at any time

Each Player will pay their subs and match fees on time, every time

We commit to improving the level of enjoyment for all at OWCC – playing and working for the club and not just a team
