Pre-season is flying! The Rebels ran 1900km (equal to Toronto > Halifax) for their annual 100km running challenge from 12-Mar to 12May.

From March 12 - May 12 the Toronto Rebels completed their annual 100km pre-season running challenge and notched up an impressive 1,873km running (+much more riding, but who counts that really...). This distance equates to running all the way from Hemingways Pub in Toronto to the Lower Deck in Halifax Nova Scotia, to visit our East Coast Rebels brother Rob "Squidy" (one of the best Footy Trips on record in 2022).

The 100km running challenge culminated in the SportingLife 10km run on Sunday May 12th which was well participated by the Rebels players and their much much better halves. Young Will "Dreamboat" from Adelaide celebrated his birthday that day - an added excuse for more drinks for all the weary Rebels runners at LOCAL after the 10km run!

2024 Rebels Pre-season training is well and truly flying!

Next Stop - the Rebels Round 1 showdown on Saturday 25 May in the 2023 OAFL Grand Final rematch against the Toronto Dingos at Humber South oval.
