Redbridge and Ilford Hockey has a thriving junior section with members starting from 4 years old. Training runs every Wednesday through the school year, except for July. Under 11s 6pm-7pm, 11-14yrs 7pm-8pm, those aged 13yrs+ and playing senior hockey are also invited to attend senior training with their teams.

All coaches are fully qualified and CRB checked as are our volunteers. We work within England Hockey guidelines and have achieved the Clubs First accreditation.

We enter Under 10s and Under 12s teams into the Alliance Essex Mini League, playing against other local clubs on 6 Sunday mornings throughout the year.

We also encourage our members to attend Essex Junior Development Centres once they become old enough and support those that progress through the England Hockey Single System to Junior Academies or Regional Performance Centres.
