As the committee plan behind the scenes for a return to hockey - training and all being well games - we have one ask of you the players. In line with the COVID procedures we have to follow as set out by England Hockey, any player looking to attend a training session or a game in any capacity MUST complete the following form:

The form takes a few minutes to complete and must be completed at least 24 hours before you plan to step onto the pitch.

Once completed you’ll receive an email notification, which we’ll need you to forward onto redbridgecovid19@gmail.com.

Please note that anyone who has not registered in advance will NOT be able to play/train, and will be turned away unfortunately.
