2. Our Goals & Structure

In common with clubs across the country we have identified Our Goals, which set out our strategic aims and tie in with our Club Development Plan.

Our ideal structure sets how how we think the club should look in terms of coaches and volunteers across all sections of the club to ensure we can deliver against our Club Development Plan objectives.

As ever, this relies on having the right number of volunteers supporting our common aim of building our club into the best place for rugby in the north of Scotland.
