Carefully follow the signs for the ring road (A6102) - this is an awkward arrangement.
You head off the dual carriageway up to a roundabout and follow the ring road (A6102) which looks as though you are going back on the dual carriageway, but the road runs parallel and then away to a major roundabout.
Follow the signs towards Chesterfield and carry on for approximately 5 miles to the 3rd. roundabout (Junction with the A61).

At the 3rd. roundabout carry straight on onto the B 6054 (sign posted to Holmesfield)and continue for approx. 1.5 miles.

After passing Dore and Totley Golf Club on your left turn first right down Twentywell Lane (signposted Dore) and carry on to the T junction.

Turn left and Abbeydale Park / Sheffield RUFC is approximately 200 yards on your right.

NOTE: - Do not take the entrance to Abbeydale Tennis Club

Turn left onto Abbey Lane.

From the SOUTH via the M1 Motorway

By Car

Exit at Junction 29 and take the A617 to Chesterfield.

From the EAST via the M18 & M1 Motorway

Follow the M18 until it intersects with the M1 and follow the North exit signed for Sheffield & Leeds

Exit the M1 at junction 33 and follow the signs towards Sheffield.

How to get to Sheffield RUFC
The club is located on Abbeydale Road South which is the A621 road as it comes out of Sheffield city centre and goes past the ground heading up towards Totley and Owler Bar.

If travelling by bus to the ground the best service available is the 97 & 98 which run from High Street in Sheffield around every 10 minutes on matchdays. This passes the bottom of the drive of Abbeydale Passed. The bus stop is just passed the ground. Ring the bell as you pass Dore & Totley railway station.

Trains to Dore & Totley station run from Sheffield to Manchester via New Mills, Grindleford & Hathersage.
The trains run hourly on the Sheffield - Hope Valley line. Make sure you get the slower 'stopping' train, as fast trains on this route do not stop at Dore & Totley station.
