Appleby Frodingham are the visitors to Langwith Road tomorrow when Shirebrook Town return looking for a first win after nine outings to reverse a run of poor fortunes that now extends back to their last victory on the final Saturday of September.

And new Shirebrook manager Kevin Gee will be hoping for just that from his fourth game in charge at Langwith Road, after beginning his tenure with two tough local derby draws and a narrow defeat against the side that currently sits atop the division.

But the visiting Scunthorpe-based strugglers will have other ideas as they look to pull away from the wrong end of the table, and their manager Craig Millns will be hoping for his players to build on the very respectable home draw they gained from their last outing against Pontefract Collieries.

Appleby Frodingham have taken just eleven points from their seventeen league games so far and they currently occupy third-bottom spot in the league table, twelve points and seven places behind Shirebrook, who also have a game in hand on tomorrow’s opponents.
