SOUTH SHIELDS FIREWORK DISPLAY

Bonfire Night is fast approaching - and if you live in South Tyneside you can celebrate Guy Fawkes night on South Shields seafront.

South Tyneside Council along with Ocean Beach Pleasure Park are hosting their annual fireworks displays on November 6.

There will be two firework displays and each one will last about 15 minutes.

So if you’re planning on going along, here is all you need to know about their fireworks display.

When is South Shields Firework display?

There will be two firework displays on the South Shields seafront on Sunday, November 6. The first display will be at 6:30pm and the main display will be at 8pm.

Where is the display?

The fireworks will take place at the skate park behind Ocean Beach Pleasure Park, Sea Road, South Shields, NE33 2LD. Viewing can be gained from behind the arcades, next to the Sundial and all along the promenade.

Do I have to pay to get in?

No the event is free.

What will be on?

All the rides and attractions at Ocean Beach Pleasure Park will be open from 12noon - 10pm.

How do I get there?

Car parking is available along all sea front car parks, including the Dragon and Bents Park.
