The Saints start their second season at Level 5 with a mouth-watering game against last season's Regional One SW runners up Barnstaple. The Barum will again be among the pre-season favourites for promotion so it is a fantastic test for the Saints and a chance to set the standards for the new season.

Sandwiched between two trips to Gloucestershire - Lydney (14/09/24) and Matson (28/09/24) is another attractive home fixture with the visit of the Fishermen of Brixham (21/09/24).

The Sinners head West on the opening day to take on last season's Counties 3 Cornwall Champions Hayle. The first home game will be against Liskeard-Looe (14/09/24) before a trip to the North Coast and Newquay Hornets (21/09/24). The first block of four fixtures concludes with a repeat of the Duchy Cup Final and the visit of Wadebridge Camels IIs (28/09/24).

The Spartans will again be in Counties 3 Cornwall, a revised format is being implemented to accommodate an increased number of teams. This means there is a slight delay in the release of the fixtures but the schedule should be confirmed soon.
