Paul Hayes9 Nov 2022 - 07:33

Former player Will Hancock resigns for the Saints to bring the Harvester magic to Tregorrick!

St Austell RFC are delighted to announce that Harvester Seafood will be providing matchday food for spectators at the next two Saints’ home games!

The outside drinks service in Frosties Ruck 'n' Maul has already proved to be a tremendous success, making it easier for people to get canned drinks without having to trek up and down the steps to the Main Bar balancing pints!

Well, Frosties has just got a whole lot better with local entrepreneurs Tressa and Will Hancock bringing the culinary magic of their fantastic and renowned Harvester Seafood business to Tregorrick. Their summer pop-up on Crinnis Beach at Carlyon Bay received rave reviews from locals and tourists alike and they are now the new proprietors of the Harvester Fish bar (formerly Biscovey Fish Bar) in Par.

Food will be available at the Regional 2 League games on Saturday 12th November against Crediton and again on Saturday 3rd December against Sherborne as part of an initial pilot. If the food service proves to be popular then it could be extended into 2023.

Harvester Seafood have a created a sumptuous menu for this week’s match, all at very reasonable prices. Will of course is a former player for the Saints and well known to all at Tregorrick, and the Prop’s recommendations are as follows:

  • Cornish Lamb burgers with mint and feta dressing
  • Catch of the day local fish sandwich with tartare sauce
  • Cornish beef burger, relish and salad
  • Hot dogs with all the trimmings
  • Cheesy chips
  • Chips
  • Pasties and sausage rolls
