How does our welfare team support St Ives Rangers FC players?

By supporting the club and coaches to create a safe and fun environment for kids to play football
By reviewing the existing (and implementation of new) safeguarding measures to keep kids safe and happy
By making sure that everyone involved at the club feels comfortable and supported at all times
By ensuring that safeguarding and child protection concerns are looked into swiftly and referred to the most appropriate point of contact to be dealt with, and
By being part of a network of around 8500 welfare officers who all support safe and fun environments for everyone in grassroots football.
