Oldbury Deckers Youth Club has met every Friday night for the past three decades and uses a double decker bus to keep young people entertained.
The group was launched in 1979 by Andrew Gazard and Hugh Ferguson, who during the summer of that year decided to combine the village church and chapel Sunday Schools for a holiday club.
The summer event was such a success the group continued beyond the holiday and eventually grew to include all children, not just from Oldbury but the wider area as well.
Oldbury Deckers, which attracts up to 100 pupils every week, continues to be run by volunteers.
In 2001 founder and local farmer Andrew Gazard was awarded an MBE for his services to the community.

We are able to accept referrals from most insurance companies, please enquire for details. Your first appointment will last approximately forty-five minutes. It will include a detailed history and examination as well as some initial treatment.
During your examination it will be necessary to have access to the injured area. Please wear appropriate clothing to allow this. For example vest or shorts.
The cause of your problem will be clearly explained and the best management agreed. We will provide you with a prognosis and identify how many treatment sessions you are likely to require. You will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions. At the end of your course of treatment it is commonplace for your GP to be informed of your attendance and progress.
