We train on Sunday at 10:00 - 12:00
All sessions are game based and run by level 2 coaches.
Full first aid cover at every session.
We cluster with Local teams, Richmond, Grasshoppers and Wasps.
We are aiming to grow links to the local ladies team Thamesians. Some of the older girls already train with Thamesians on a Wednesday evening and love it. So the progression for the girls is a natural one, from age grade Rugby to seniors.
