To allow you to purchase tickets for this Autumn's fixtures you must make sure you that you have a Scottish Rugby ticketing account, and log into their online ticketing account ahead of 7th May at 10am to ensure that you can access the account and tickets without any issues.
You can find guidance on how to log in here: How do I access my Account Online? – Scottish Rugby.
If you have previously submitted a group a single order on behalf of a larger group you may need to ensure that all parties have their own accounts to allow you to order the number of tickets required.
If you do not already have a Ticketing Account then please visit the Ticket Section of the Scottish Rugby Website to open one, and advise me of the details used to allow me to add you to the central database - Event Tickets List- eTickets
In addition, you will require the ticket purchase link and access code;

The FAQs attached below have been provided by Scottish Rugby to help give further clarity on the changes being made and how the process will work, and include important information regarding the purchase limits and restrictions on transferring tickets ;
FAQs:
Why are we making these changes?
The existing club ticket process has become increasingly manual and complex for all parties.
These changes will help us to:
· Reduce administration for clubs and volunteers
· Align club ticket access more closely with rugby participation and game development
· Reduce the risk of tickets appearing on secondary markets
Who is eligible for club ticket access under the new policy?
From April 2026, club ticket access will be available to:
· Playing clubs and recognised referee societies actively growing the game
· Universities with formal rugby development partnerships
Non‑playing clubs and organisations, will no longer be eligible for the club ticket scheme.
How will the new purchasing process work?
· Club Ticket Secretaries update their ticket portals to add all new members and include latest contact name and email for current members (please note all member details must match the details held in their Scottish Rugby ticketing account)
· Club Ticket Secretaries receive an exclusive secure access code for each fixture along with a purchase link
· The link can be shared with eligible club members only
· Members purchase tickets directly via the purchase link and by inputting the secure access code at the point of purchase
· Payment is taken at checkout
· Tickets are issued digitally via the official ticketing app to the member directly
There will be no manual reservations, allocations, or invoicing.
Clubs will be given access to purchase tickets for the Nations Championship during an exclusive club on sale from 7th May 2026 to 17th May 2026. Purchase links and secure access codes will only be active during this onsale and will expire on completion of the sales phase.
Will there be ticket limits on purchases per match?
Yes, this is the same across all Scottish Rugby ticket types and fixtures, to help protect fairness and reduce misuse:
· Limits will apply to the number of tickets that can be purchased per transaction
· This may vary on a fixture‑by‑fixture basis
Can tickets be transferred?
Yes, tickets can be transferred but this will be restricted.
· At least one ticket per order must remain non‑transferable in the purchaser’s app
· Transfers outside the permitted process are not allowed
Can club tickets be resold?
No. Club tickets must not be:
· Resold
· Sold via secondary ticketing sites
· Used for commercial or non‑genuine purposes
What happens if tickets are resold?
Where there is evidence of ticket resale, Scottish Rugby may:
· Cancel tickets (without refund)
· Remove future access to club ticket purchasing
Will clubs still receive the same number of tickets?
The same number of tickets will be available for clubs to buy, however, ticket limits are set per member not per club this time.
The purchase link and secure access code enables access to an exclusive allocation of tickets only for club members. This is a protected allocation that only club members can purchase from (general public cannot access this allocation).
All tickets are subject to availability, eligibility and compliance with the policy.
When will these changes take effect?
The new policy and purchasing process will apply from April 2026 onwards.
