By joining the club it is assumed by default that the member agrees and accepts all club / sections regulations, guidelines, code of conducts, disciplinary procedures etc and in turn will abide by them fully.

As advised at the AGM at the end of last season, the process for registering with the club and paying your fees has been greatly simplified from what was required in previous years and will be carried out on the Teamo app. This should make things easier for both members and administrators.

The membership fees for season 2025/26 were advised at the AGM and have been agreed as detailed below. This is the first increase in cost since 2017 and helps bring us back in line with the other playing sections of the Club.

Senior Player - Existing - £210
Senior Player - New - £105

Intermediate Player - Existing - £120
Intermediate Player - New - £60

The process for registering and paying is fairly straightforward.

Step 1 - click the link below to update your details in the membership database - this step is mandatory for club membership and your data is protected by the Club's Data Use Policy

Once you have completed your registration your are ready for the payment step. This season you will have the option to either pay your fees in full in a single payment, or spread them over 7 monthly payments from September to March. Payments will normally be collected on the 28th monthly

Step 2 - Selecting Membership Type

1. go to icon on top left of screen (usually your initials)
2. select PAYMENTS
3. select MEMBERSHIP OPTION that relates to your circumstances
4. Make your payment

This replaces the various ways of paying your membership that have been in place over the last few seasons.

The steps above MUST be completed no later than the end of September. Any player who has not registered and initiated their payment process by the end of September will not be eligible to play for the Club. As with previous seasons a NO PAY - NO PLAY policy will be enforced.
