By joining the club it is assumed by default that the member agrees and accepts all club / sections regulations, guidelines, code of conducts, disciplinary procedures etc and in turn will abide by them fully.

As advised at the AGM at the end of last season, the process for registering with the club and paying your fees will be carried out on the Teamo app. This should make things easier for both members and administrators.

The membership fees for season 2026/27 were advised at the AGM and have been agreed as detailed below.

Midi Rugby (Junior) - £85

The process for registering and paying is fairly straightforward.

Step 1 - click the link below to update your details in the membership database - this step is mandatory for club membership and your data is protected by the Club's Data Use Policy

Once you have completed your registration your are ready for the payment step. This season you will have the option to either pay your fees in full in a single payment, or spread them over 10 monthly payments from July to April. The first payment being collected immediately, with monthly payments normally collected on the 28th monthly - note, the first payment will include any payments missed to align with the 10 month window.

Step 2 - Selecting Membership Type

1. go to icon on top left of screen (usually your initials)
2. select PAYMENTS
3. select MEMBERSHIP OPTION that relates to your circumstances
4. Make your payment

The steps above MUST be completed no later than the end of September. Any player who has not registered and initiated their payment process by the end of September will not be eligible to play for the Club until their fees are paid in full. As with previous seasons a NO PAY - NO PLAY policy will be enforced.
