Calling all junior members! Have you ever felt your voice wasn't heard at the Club, or had an idea, but didn't know how to take it forward? Wonder no more, as you can now become part of the Young Herons!

The Young Herons group has been set up to provide junior members with a voice in club decisions that affect you, the opportunity to contribute to the development of club initiatives, and to raise concerns and share ideas.

This exciting opportunity to become a Young Heron is free and open to all junior members. Although this group has been in place since last September, with the current leadership group having been selected by the Club, the intention is to hold elections for this in the near future.

For now, all juniors who are interested in becoming a Young Heron need do nothing. Nearer the time, more information will be made available through parents or guardians.

For information, the present leadership group selected by the club is Madeleine Wilson (Chair), Aryan Ahmed (Communications), George Davies (Secretary), Haaris Saleem and Keya Patel. Some background material relating to the Young Herons and their projects can be found here.
