Captain Mellers

Tom Melledew has been named Wantage Town captain ahead of the 2014/15 campaign.

The midfielder wore the armband during much of last season with former skipper Mark James spending a fair number of games injured but has now been handed the role on a permanent basis after the departure of James in the summer.
