The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the Club’s First & Reserve Team management staff with a view of progressing his/her players through to senior football with their teams.

Recognised UEFA qualifications would be an advantage as would experience with managing & coaching younger footballers.
The Under-16 team will compete in the Oxfordshire Invitation Youth League, and games are played on a Sunday.

Full support from the club will be given to organise trials if necessary. New kit and training equipment will be provided.
