Wantage Town's Ladies team have been drawn at home to Wycombe Wanderers in the Preliminary round of the SSE FA Women's Cup with the game to be played on Sunday, 26th August at 2pm at Alfredian Park.

This is the first time ever that Wantage have entered the FA Women's Cup and they face a side who play in the Southern Region Women's Football League Division 1, which is one step higher than Wantage.

Wantage Town Ladies won promotion to the Thames Valley Counties Women's League Division 1 last season having finished in second place in Division 2 (South), whilst Wycombe ended mid-table in their league, picking up six wins in all competitions.
