We have recently gained promotion to the Gloucestershire County league, after finishing runners up in the Bristol Premier Combination. Next season we will be playing in a league at step 7 in the national football league pyramid system, not only playing locally, but also travelling to teams in the Gloucester region. We will be playing 20 home games this season, with the reserves and A team playing 15 home games each on alternative Saturdays to the first team.

With this success, we are anticipating that our visitors and spectators will triple and media exposure will increase. Wick Football Club – Bristol Facebook page currently has 245 likes, our Twitter account (@WickFootball_) has 177 followers and our website traffic has almost doubled in the last year thanks to the promotion success. Currently, we are averaging over 50 unique views per day.

We understand that next season a robust business plan is required to ensure the season runs smoothly and we are encouraging local businesses to help us to build on our current success.

Our long term aim is to bring Toolstation football to Wick Football Club, encourage greater community use and re-start our youth team set-up.
