A discipline meeting will be held as soon as possible after the event with the following members.

Hon. Secretary - Ros Deane
Director of rugby - TBA
Discipline Representative - Mark Elton
Team Manager - The relevant team Manager will attend.

Upon completion of the meeting the player and team Manager will be informed of the action being taken.
