Scott's words about last night's game

Scott said, "I'm really proud of the lads and the fans for making the effort to get up to Lincoln on a Wednesday night. Not arriving until 7.45pm was not ideal but credit to the way the lads performed.

"It’s no coincidence that the two extremely long midweek away games against Lincoln and Stocksbridge have ended in defeat due to depleted squad numbers, but that's non-league football for you.

"Our focus now is the next 12 league games and to try to achieve as many points as possible to stay in the play off positions which will be an unbelievable feat with only having Curtis Pond and the management staff in place back in June.

"The support again last night was fantastic and will be even more important to the players with 7 of the last 10 games at home.

"See you all on Saturday at sunny Sheffield."
