The results are in from Midlands 4 west (south). With only 11 teams in the league Bedworth RFC missed out this weekend but play their first game 15th September against Bromyard at home.
Harbury had good start winning at home 49-0 against Greyhound who are newly promoted and moved across from league 5 north to league 4 south.
Kings Norton, newly promoted from league 5 south, had good win at home against Coventrians 50-24.
Old Wheatleyans, who Bedworth played in the cup and lost, beat Claverdon at home 24-0.
Pershore were involved in high scoring game going down at home 33-35 to Burbage.
Last we have Redditch at home going down 3-35 to Bedworth’s opponents this weekend Bromyard.
Some interesting results this weekend. It’s going to be tough to call where teams will finish this season. If we want to be up the top and in the mix this year we need to make every effort to make training Tuesday and Thursdays and to make ourselves available for both teams every week. Let’s continue from the good win on Saturday and get two big wins for both teams this weekend.
