Chippenham Rugby Football Club Ltd - Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the clubs rules and policies, notice is hereby given that the
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Chippenham Rugby Football Club will be held in the Clubhouse, Allington Field on Wednesday, 21st June at 7:30pm.

The clubs financial report and Chairman’s review will be given at the meeting along with section reports. A Draft copy of the clubs Year End Financial results will be available on the website and from behind bar the nearer the time, all other reports will be posted to the clubs website.

The Election of club officers will take place on the night in accordance with the clubs rules and policies will be put up in the clubhouse on June 1st and will be removed on June 20th. All nominees, persons nominating and seconding must be paid up voting members of Chippenham RFC and the nomination form is will be put up in the Clubhouse..
