Pre-season training ideal time to familiarise with global Law trials and get up-to-speed
These law changes should speed up the game, especially the 5 second "use it or lose it" change at the base of a ruck.
It gives everyone all pre-season to prepare, no excuses for lack of fitness or not being familiar. Coaches already thinking hard on what it means to us.
