Please welcome Femi Orenuga

By Roger Worsley

Ex Everton U21 comes to the Eyrie.

Today we welcome the signing of Femi (Kenny) Orenuga. Femi made history in 2008 by becoming Southend United's youngest ever player when he made an FA Cup appearance at the age of 15 (home to Luton Town on 29th November 2008). After impressing at Southend, Femi was signed by Everton, and signed a 3 year pro contract. Although he never graduated to the 1st team, Femi was a regular in the U21's.
Last season he signed for Gloucester City, in the Conference North. He joins the Eagles on a dual registration with his current club, Wealdstone (Conference South). Femi has come to the Eagles, because he knows, Jon Taylor well, as our manager has helped him with clubs in the past, so there will be no doubting his commitment to Bedford Town Football Club. He is available from the Ware game.
