The RFU use an online system, the Game Management System (GMS), to record the details of people who play rugby at all ages to support them in adminstering the game and to help clubs ensure that they have up-to-date details for their members, especially when it comes to medical information and emergency contact details. The information in this page will help you complete the necessary registration.

NEW MEMBERS
If you are new to the club and rugby then you will need to create an account on GMS for one (or both) parents and then add your children. Click this link to access the system and you should select the 'Create Account' option. There are user guides available to help you:

RETURNING MEMBERS
For those of you who are returning members you simply need to log into your parent account and then activate the registration for each of your children which you should see on your main dashboard page.

If you are having any difficulties there is a parent guide with a video available showing you the process. If you cannot remember your username then you should follow the 'Forgotten Password' option on the main login page and input your email address. Your username will be shown at the bottom of the email you receive. You can then use this to complete the forgotton password process and reset your password.

RE-REGISTRATION FOR NEW MEMBERS VIA MOBILE
For anyone who’s child was registered last year but is having trouble re-registering using a mobile device.

If you log into the RFU GMS you should see a “Family and Friends” menu, from that select your child. Once on your child’s profile if you scroll almost to the bottom you will see the “Register to play” button. Then you can just follow the prompts. Ignore the membership option as we are handling that outside of this system. This will need repeating for each child.
