The tiered charging structure reflects the additional costs associated with training facilities etc as children progress through the Mini’s and Juniors section.

* It has been necessary to set a minimum monthly collection amount of £10 as lesser amount results in ADOB RFC incurring additional transaction charges.

Why have you set the fees like this?

A review of the subs needed to provide all the support required for players to thrive as part of the ADOB Minis & Juniors section was undertaken. In doing so we considered:

• Costs incurred last season and anticipated costs this season
• Improvements we are looking to introduce for the 2023/24 season
• Subs being charged by other local clubs for membership of their Junior section

How do I pay subs?

Once your child has been registered on the RFU’s Game Management System (GMS) a ‘membership’ product will be added to your profile by a member of the administration team. You will receive an email to inform you when this has been done. Payment can then be made via GMS in one of two ways:

• A single, one-off payment to cover the whole season paid by debit card
• Set-up of a Direct Debit to allow monthly instalments

Is there a discount for siblings?

Yes. The eldest child pays full price and then younger siblings are only charged at half price.

When do subs become payable?

For new members to the Club, a trial period of 3 weeks will be offered before subs become payable. All returning members are expected to have paid, or set up a DD, by the end of September.
