Not going to be a long report as Thame arrived at the Langford Road Stadium intent on stopping us playing the normal Wader style. With the combative Harry Draper missing his cut and thrust was what was needed to break up the solid defence Thame assembled. Chances came and went for Biggleswade but as time drew on it felt like a frustrating afternoon where the ball would not do the simple thing, nestle in the back of the net. Thame were well disciplined in their game management as a the clock neared the 90 it looked like the tactics would take a point back to Oxfordshire. Enter Robbie Parker, missing from the squad for some months but in a last ditch corner on90+3 Robbie got his toe to the ball to the rapturous applause of the home fans.
