The Academy train on a Sunday morning 10.30am - 12.00pm and on a Thursday evening from 7pm - 8.30pm.
Please ensure that appropriate clothing is worn or available.
New players of all abilities are welcome!

Training will be held either outdoors (floodlit on Thursdays) or inside on our state of the art indoor training surface.
