2. Academy Fees


The fees for academy membership for 2017/18 are as follows:

Registration:

U9-U15: £60U18s: £75

The Registration fee is paid directly to the EIHA and covers a childs EIHA registration for the season and also their insurance liability costs. The fee is required prior to the start of the season in order for your child to be registered to play in league matches.

New members that join after the season starts are still required to complete a registration document and pay the fee in order to play matches.


Annual Academy Membership: £720.

The cost of the annual membership fee is used to pay for the ice time purchased for training, and also the nominal coaching costs and equipment upkeep fees.

This can either be paid in a single yearly payment at the start of the season, or in 12 monthly instalments of £60 (by standing order). Other methods of payment are only available with the agreement of the age group manager and Club Treasurer.

Players will not be allowed to train if payments are more than 30 days in arrears. It is your responsibility to ensure the standing order is set up at your bank.

Home Game Match Fee:

U11-U18: £15U9s: £15

Match fees are payable to the team manager on the day of the game.

Match fees are used to cover the ice time purchased for that particular game and to pay for officiating costs.


Fines:

£2.50/penalty point (10 minute major penalty = 1 penalty point)

Penalty points are payable by the player and payable direct to their team manager. The amounts collected are then given to the EIHA by the club.
